Notifications¶
Navigation: Notifications bell → View All Notifications
The Notifications screen centralises all system alerts across integration, planning, and change tracking. It tells users what actions need to be taken and provides the information needed to resolve each issue.
Notification Types by Severity¶
| Severity | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Info | Informational update - no action required |
| Warning | Some calculations failed or data has issues, but processing continued |
| Error | Data did not flow through or cannot be displayed |
| Severe | None of the data in a batch was processed |
| Critical | Integration or system component is not functioning; development team is alerted |
Notification Categories¶
Integration Inbound¶
Alerts generated when data received from external systems has issues:

| Inventory | Errors importing inventory records (e.g. inactive warehouse, missing item) |
| Demand | Errors importing sales orders |
| Procurement | Errors importing purchase orders |
| Forecast | Errors importing forecast lines |
| ASN | Errors generating or transmitting ASNs; missing expected shipments |
Item Level Planning¶
| Category | Trigger |
|---|---|
| Reorder Planning | Item is projected to reach the reorder level within the configured notify window |
| Inventory Planning | Item is projected to run out of stock within the configured notify window |
Item Location Level Planning¶
Same as Item Level Planning but evaluated per warehouse location independently. Used when planning is managed separately per distribution centre.
Change Tracking¶

| Item Level Change Tracking | Forecast change exceeds the configured threshold at item level |
| Item Location Level Change Tracking | Forecast change exceeds the threshold at item-location level |
Notification Delivery¶
Configure how and when notifications are delivered in Notification Settings or via Profile → Notification Settings:
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| System | Notification appears in the bell dropdown (default) |
| Notification is also sent by email | |
| Recurrence | How frequently repeat notifications are sent for the same unresolved issue |
Delivery options are configured independently per notification category and severity level.
