Sales Orders Archive¶
Navigation: Demand → Sales Orders Archive
The Sales Orders Archive contains all closed sales orders. Records are moved here automatically when an order reaches a closed status; no manual action is required.
Purpose¶
The archive serves two functions:
- Reporting - historical sales data for customer analysis, revenue trends, and fulfillment performance
- Algorithm training - closed orders feed the demand history used by the inventory planning algorithm
Behaviour¶
- Orders are archived automatically on status transition to Closed
- The archive is read-only
- All columns available on the Sales Orders screen are available here
Columns¶
Column set is identical to Sales Orders. Key columns:

| Warehouse Number | Fulfilment warehouse |
| Total Quantity Ordered | Total quantity on the order |
| Order Date | Date the SO was created |
| Estimated / Actual Ship Date | Planned and confirmed dispatch dates |
| Estimated / Actual Delivery Date | Planned and confirmed delivery dates |
| Price / Unit | Unit selling price |
| Status | Closed |
