Delayed Shipments

Navigation: Procurement → Delayed Shipments

The Delayed Shipments screen identifies purchase order lines where the expected delivery date exceeds the originally promised delivery date. It provides both a table view and a graphical breakdown of delay distribution.

Definition

A shipment is considered delayed when:

Expected Delivery Date > Promised Delivery Date

Views

Table View

Lists all delayed purchase order lines with their associated delay in days. Apply filters and advanced search to focus on specific suppliers, items, or date ranges.

Graph View

Displays delay distribution as a bar chart. Based on the selected aggregation period, each bar represents a delay bucket (e.g. 1–7 days, 8–14 days, 15–30 days, 30+ days) and shows the count of purchase order lines falling into that bucket.

Click any bar to drill down and view the underlying purchase order lines for that delay range.
