Warehouse Master¶
Navigation: Master Data → Warehouses
The Warehouse Master holds data about all warehouses in the system, both active and inactive. Warehouse records are referenced by purchase orders, sales orders, manufacturing orders, and inventory records to identify the location of goods.
Managing Warehouses¶
Via Excel upload
Download the template from the toolbar, populate warehouse data, and upload.
Via UI
Click New to add a warehouse via the create modal.
Via integration
Warehouses can be imported or synced automatically from an ERP.

Warehouse Status¶
| Status | Effect |
|---|---|
| Active | Warehouse is available for selection on transactions and inventory imports |
| Inactive | Inventory imports for inactive warehouses are rejected with a notification; the warehouse is excluded from planning |
Warning
Attempting to import inventory for an inactive warehouse generates an error notification. Ensure warehouses are set to Active before importing inventory data.
