Profile¶
Navigation: Profile → Profile
The Profile screen allows users to view and edit their own account information, manage their password, and view their assigned role and privileges.
Fields¶
| Field | Description |

| Username | Login identifier (read-only) |
| Full Name | Display name |
| Email address - used for password reset and notifications | |
| Phone | Contact phone number |
| Role | Role assigned by an administrator (read-only - change via Users) |
| Password Expiration | Date the current password expires (if password expiration is enabled) |
| Privileges | Full list of privileges granted by the assigned role (read-only) |
Resetting Your Password¶
Click Reset Password to set a new password. The new password must meet the configured complexity requirements (length, uppercase, lowercase, number, special character).
Notification Settings¶
Navigation: Profile → Notification Settings
Configure personal notification preferences - how and how often you receive each category of notification. Options per notification type:
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Notify by system | Notification appears in the bell dropdown (default) |
| Notify by email | Also receive an email notification |
| Recurrence | How frequently repeat notifications are sent for the same unresolved issue |
Notification categories include: Integration Inbound (Inventory, Demand, Procurement, Forecast, ASN), Item Level Planning, Item Location Level Planning, Change Tracking.
