Current Inventory¶
Navigation: Inventory → Current Inventory
The Current Inventory screen shows the quantity of each item available in stock at any point in time, either in aggregate across all warehouses or at an item-location (item + warehouse) level.
Overview¶
Inventory data is typically imported from a WMS or ERP on a frequent schedule. The data from this screen is aggregated under the In Stock column in Inventory Planning.
Importing Inventory¶
Via integration (recommended)
Inventory is imported automatically from your WMS or ERP on a scheduled basis. See Inventory Integration.
Via manual upload
Download the template from the toolbar, populate inventory records, and upload.

| Unit of Measure | Unit used for quantity fields |
| Number of Sub-Items | Sub-items or variants linked to this item |
| Number of Warehouses | Number of warehouse locations holding this item |
| Quantity in Stock | Total on-hand quantity across all warehouses |
| Quantity Expected | Quantity on open purchase orders expected to arrive |
